This policy explains what personal data Oliver Commerce collects through this website and through the internal business tools and apps we use to run our company, including our app on the Meta platform ("oliver-commerce-api"), and how we handle that data.

Who we are

Oliver Commerce is a Dutch e-commerce company that builds and runs direct-to-consumer brands. Oliver Commerce is responsible for the processing described in this policy.

Our business apps

Our app on the Meta platform is an internal tool. It is not offered to the public and nobody can log in to it. We use it only to manage the advertising accounts, Pages and pixels that belong to our own business: creating and scheduling our own ads, and reading how those ads perform.

Through this app we do not collect, store or sell personal data of Facebook or Instagram users. The performance data we read from Meta is aggregated (for example spend, reach, clicks and purchases per ad) and does not identify individual people.

This website

This website is a simple company page. It has no forms, no accounts and no tracking or advertising cookies. Our hosting provider may keep standard technical server logs (such as IP address and time of visit) for security and to keep the site running. The page loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers when you visit.

When you contact us

If you email us, we use your name, email address and message only to answer you and to handle what you ask. We keep this correspondence for as long as needed for that purpose and for our legal record-keeping obligations.

Customers of our brands

Our brands each have their own online store with its own privacy policy, which explains how customer and order data is handled there. Please read the policy on the store you bought from.

Sharing and storage

We do not sell personal data. We only share data with service providers that help us run our business (such as hosting and email providers), and only as far as they need it to provide their service. Data is stored with these providers and in our private business systems, which only authorised people in our company can access.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it. Send your request to info@oliver.nl and we will reply within 30 days. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Data deletion

To have any personal data we hold about you deleted, including any data connected to our Meta app, email info@oliver.nl with the subject "Data deletion request". We will confirm once it is done.

Changes

We may update this policy when our tools or processes change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
